Resin anchoring agent is a viscous anchoring and bonding material prepared by unsaturated polyester resin, curing agent, accelerant and other auxiliary materials in a certain proportion. It has good properties such as fast curing at room temperature, high bonding strength, reliable anchoring force and good durability.
The resin bolt is the best material in modern anchoring engineering. In addition to the application in underground engineering and slope support, it has been widely used in the installation of shaft equipment, the connection of building components, and the anchoring of equipment foundation, and has achieved satisfactory technical and economic results.
(1) Pre tightening force can play an active role in bolt support, especially under the condition of layered rock and broken surrounding rock, increasing pre tightening force can change the nature of surrounding rock, prevent the destruction of surrounding rock, maintain the stability of surrounding rock, and is conducive to the support of surrounding rock.
(2) The pre tightening force of bolt plays a decisive role in the stability of roof. When the pretension is large to a certain extent, the roof separation within the anchor length and above the anchor length can be eliminated.
(3) The purpose of high pretension bolt is to establish prestressed roof. The existence of prestressed roof to a certain extent protects the roof from the damage of horizontal stress, and makes the roof strata in the state of transverse compression, so as to overcome the influence of high level stress on the stability of roof.
(4) The formation of prestressed structure is conditional, and the pre tightening force of anchor is the key. Under the condition of large horizontal stress, the role of anchor bolt is to provide high prestress to the roof in time to form a prestressed roof and a pressure self-supporting structure.
